Because of the many demands we received from our clients to realise transparent cost structures and performances, we have developed interactive and flexible software tools. With these tools, all costs and performances of transport and distribution companies, manufacturers, trading companies and logistical service providers can be allocated rapidly and simply to all products, customers and services offered. Various scenarios can be evaluated in a convenient way. The implemented projects so far, have resulted in numerous practical improvements and our tools are being appreciated as ‘appropriate’ and ‘very user-friendly’ by its users.

PRO-FORMANCE®

Suitable for trading companies, logistic service providers, manufacturers and assembly companies.
With Pro-Formance you can monitor your warehouse performances (hours, volumes, efficiency) and allocate those performances to your customers and/or services. Your Warehouse Management System (WMS), Excel spreadsheets or other data are used as input for this tool.
Results of Pro-Formance:
- Daily/weekly overview of loaded and unloaded colli/pallets per customer;
- Development performances of warehouse personnel;
- Comparison of expected and realised hours of personnel;
- Utilisation of warehouse space;
- Variable costs and gross margin of loading/unloading per customer.

PRO-TRANS®
|

Suitable for Transport and Distribution companies.
With Pro-Trans you can monitor your transport performances and allocate those performances to your customers and/or services.
Your trip information is connected to your order information. After importing data from the Transport Management System and possibly the board computer, Pro-Trans will give you insight in your transport performances.
Results Pro-Trans:
- Daily/weekly overview of operational performances per trip and/or customer;
- Operational performances of vehicles (own and subcontracted vehicles);
- Utilisation of own vehicles;
- Variable costs and gross margin of transport activities per customer and trip.

PRO-ACT®
|

Suitable for trading companies, manufacturers and logistic service providers.
With Pro-Act you can see your cost structure and profitability of your products, services and/or customers.
The costs can be reported per product (group) or customer (group) and the possibility exists to evaluate ‘what-if’ questions (for example a modification of the costs, the efficiency or sales volume of certain consumers). In combination with the turnover by customer there will be more insight in the profitability.
When you also use one of our other tools, the data can easily be transferred.
Results Pro-Act:
- Gross and net margin per customer and service/product;
- Cost structure per customer and service/product;
- Financial and operational indicators per customer and service/product;
- Trend-analysis: implications of a modification of the costs, performances and/or volumes.

Especially in production and logistical surroundings it can be sensible to simulate planned process adaptations before an actual investment is made. In this way you can for instance compare alternative warehouse lay-outs regarding productivity and costs.
