Training and Workshops

We provide several in-house workshops to increase the insight in the costs and performances of certain parts of the company or processes.

For Logistical Service Providers and Wholesalers we provide an interesting in-house workshop in which we give insight in:

• The principles of Activity Based Costing;
• The implications of these principles in your organisation, which will increase the transparency of your warehouse-, production-, transport- and order processes per customer;
• Defining and monitoring financial and logistic performance indicators.

Especially for Distribution- and Transport Companies we offer an in-house workshop in which we focus on:

• Appropriate methods to calculate transport performances per route and vehicle per customer;
• The most important operational transport indicators in your situation.

The workshops are based on practical cases. We can adapt our workshop to your specific situation, but are able to draw upon material and experiences gained in the past.
